End User License Agreement (EULA)

PLEASE READ THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("EULA") CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE MAYFAIR APPLICATION ("APP"). BY DOWNLOADING OR USING THE APP, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS EULA. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS EULA, DO NOT DOWNLOAD OR USE THE APP.

1. License Grant
Marina Monroe (d/b/a "Mayfair Social Club") ("Licensor") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with the terms of this EULA.

2. Restrictions
You agree not to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Transfer, sublicense, lease, lend, or rent the App to any third party.
• Use the App in a manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App or interfere with any other party's use of the App.
• Post, transmit, or share any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable ("Objectionable Content").

3. No Tolerance for Objectionable Content

• Mayfair Social Club has a zero-tolerance policy towards any Objectionable Content. Users are strictly prohibited from posting or transmitting any such content through the App.
• Mayfair Social Club reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove any content that violates this policy and to ban or suspend any user who engages in such behavior without prior notice.

4. Privacy Policy
Your use of the App is also governed by the Mayfair Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property Rights
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including but not limited to any content, graphics, design, user interface, algorithms, and software, are owned by Marina Monroe (d/b/a "Mayfair Social Club") or its licensors. This EULA does not grant you any ownership rights in the App.

6. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate this EULA by deleting the App from your device. Marina Monroe (d/b/a "Mayfair Social Club") may terminate this EULA at any time without notice if you fail to comply with any terms of this EULA. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies of the App from your devices.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance. Marina Monroe (d/b/a "Mayfair Social Club") does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Marina Monroe (d/b/a "Mayfair Social Club") shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of or inability to use the App, even if Marina Monroe (d/b/a "Mayfair Social Club") has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Governing Law
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this EULA shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

10. Changes to this EULA
Marina Monroe (d/b/a "Mayfair Social Club") reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated EULA in the App. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new EULA.
